The new quest offers the top Wind option, aside from the seasonal Tyrannochicken, for F2P players, called Axemaster's Burden.
The armor comes with a skill that for the first turn makes you receive -25% damage, but do nothing, and on the 2nd turn you automatically attack, dealing *2.01 of a normal attack. It's not as strong as Tyrannochicken, but definitely stronger than Offensive Test Armor, with the added benefit of being top level.
