Yearly MC set[]

This year's MC set has been released. You should play through the DragonLorn Keep summer event first in order to not get the story spoiled.

The set is a Dragonlord themed set. Its element is Wind.

We also got the 3rd part of the MC set, containing the usual high level variants of the set. This set does not contain armor. It includes a guest instead.

Armor - FO Wind armor with 2 skills. 1st skill is a toggle. While the toggle is active, your normal attacks become 4-hit and have a chance to Daze your foe. 2nd skill is a Wind-elelocked skill. It is spell-typed, so it gets elecomp to damage. It costs HP in addition to normal SP cost. It's about as strong as Tyrannochicken Rider but with higher Bth due to HP cost.

Weapons- 0-proc Wind weapons. The Melee and Ranged versions make you heal SP each turn you use a weapon-based attack. The Magic weapon heals MP instead. If you wear the armor, weapon and shield at the same time, the healing's base is tripled.

Shield- Wind shield. Click it to spend SP to get a Barrier effect. It's essentially a healing spell. The barrier makes you take 0 damage until it's gone. If you would normally take 300 damage, the damage is instead taken from your barrier.

Misc- Heals you back up 50% (at level 150) of the damage you take if the monster attacks with Wind. It's essentially the same as a normal resistance misc. It also increases your STR, DEX and CHA.

Eclipsed weapons - Darkness versions of the weapons from the main set. Since this set does not contain an armor, the FSB is active when you only wear one of the weapons plus the Eclipsed shield. The FSB makes the healing's base doubled instead of tripled.

Eclipsed shield - Darkness version of the shield from the main set.

Harvest Fest[]

This year's HarvesFest is live. The quest is called Waning of Pestilence. Rewards: Fireheart Vanguard , Fireheart Warbow , Plague Hammer , Famine Rapier

The Fireheart Vanguard is the top Fire weapon for FO rangers. It's a "bloodweapon", meaning it deals +15% damage by costing some HP each turn. Its MC effect is +5% damage, so it gets +20% damage in total like other bloodweapons.

Fireheart Warbow is also good if you rely on damaging the monster using DoT effects like Burn. It attempts to apply a strong Burn on the monster in exchange of making you deal -20% less damage as well as taking +17.857% more damage.

Limited-Time Shop[]

To be removed:

  • AQ's 18th birthday items
  • Mogloween items

Added:

  • Summon Mason's Remains
  • Broken Mirror Defender
  • Shattered Mirrorblade

Summon Mason's Remains is a spell that summons a guest. It costs Z-Tokens. The guest has MP upkeep. The guest seeks between Water and Darkness.

Broken Mirror Defender is a Light shield. It can inflict Unlucky on the monster when you block an attack.

Shattered Mirrorblade is a Light Melee weapon. It is 20-proc. The special can inflict Unlucky on the monster. If the monster has 0 or less LUK, the weapon does +10% damage.

Golden Gift Boxes[]

To be removed:

  • Hurricane Predatory Vampire Form
  • Hurricane Savage Werewolf Form
  • Jack Blade
  • Jack Bracer

Added:

  • Discount Mogloween Bag
  • Mason Form
  • Deatharrows Cat
  • Krieger Claw
  • Earth version of Mason Form
  • Earth version of Deatharrows Cat
  • Earth version of Krieger Claw

Mason Form is an FO Water armor that comes with a built in imbue skill that locks all normal attacks to Water for 1 turn and attempts to inflict a damage-scaling Choke on the monster. If you care about imbues, you should really consider Mason Form.

Deatharrows Cat is a Darkness pet that can toggle between damage mode and EleVuln mode. It's a bit better than Model 294, but I cannot fully recommend it due to Model 294 being a free alternative.

Krieger Claw  is a Magic Darkness weapon. 20-proc. Its special can make the monster Sleep. Is generally not considered a good item.

Discount Mogloween Bag is a misc that functions similarly to Essence Orb. It can convert your MP to HP. Since it's been nerfed, it is no longer considered an extremely good item.
