Introduction

Unlike other categories, this is more of a hopeful one. It is severely underrepresented with only a couple of elements with a Tome at all.

For the sake of brevity, all tomes share a spell:

  • Draw Mana: Heal ~60% standard spell cost in MP (392 at 150). Has a 10% chance to also attack using purely stat damage (no base damage).
    • Unless otherwise stated, this hit will follow the tome's element.
    • If spells are disabled, or not enough MP is available, when attempting to attack with a tome, Draw Mana is automatically used.

MC | Magic | Tome.

  • Flavour Effect: For each Fire spell in your active inventory (icon must be Fire), gain +1 Fire Charge per turn.

Comes with 4 spells:

  • Big Blaze: Standard spell.
  • Scorch: Standard spell. Deals -50% damage. Attempts to inflict a Power: 5 Fire Burn for 4 turns. This has +0 Save Bonus, player INT/LUK vs. monster DEX/LUK.
  • Fire Shield: Applies a MP shield. No cost.
  • Stoke The Flames: Gain 15 Fire Charges.
  • Multicast: Quickcast. Spend 30 Fire Charges to gain an extra use of the Tome. This can be used multiple times in one turn.

Tome of Cerberus

MC | Magic | Tome.

Randomly deals Fire/Darkness damage for all spells. Deals 1.1x damage to compensate. Comes with 3 spells:

  • Wicked Pulse: Efficient spell.
  • Demonic Ward: Applies a Chi Shield. uses INT for stat damage. No cost.
  • Inferno Wall: Standard spell.

Healing Branch

MC | Magic | Tome.

Comes with 3 spells:

  • Fountain of Life: Standard Healing spell. Uses INT for stat damage.
  • Purifying Surge: Efficient spell.
  • Curative Waters: Removes Bleed, Burn, and Poison in that order. MP cost is based on the power and duration of the statuses removed. Applies a HP Regeneration whose duration is based on the power and duration of the statuses removed. This spell is currently bugged; there is no cap on duration for calculating the mana cost.

Location: Travel Map -> Sail East -> Travel South -> Haven -> Click on the Town (must have completed this quest first) -> Click on the Hospital -> Got any quests? -> Sure! -> Restart until you get the following:

Angel: Being out in the wilderness as we are, injuries are very common. Lately I've been working on a way to provide healing to my patients at a more rapid pace. 
Angel: I believe that I can craft a staff which will work well as a channeling device for my nature magic, allowing me to heal patients with greater power and efficiency. 
Angel: But to make such a staff, I'll need ample healing reagents so that I can treat any number of ailments. And of course, a healing reagent wouldn't hurt. 
Angel: I need you to find the ingredients. Please be sure to gather enough for all of them!

  • Diamond Dust: Standard Spell.
  • Chilling Bite: Standard Spell. Deals -45.77% damage. Has a ([Hits]/[Attempts])% to Freeze for 1 turn. This has +0 Save Bonus, player INT/LUK vs. monster END/LUK. If monster cannot be Frozen or is a Boss, instead attempts to inflict a +51.28% Ice EleVuln for [Hits] turn(s). This has +0 Save Bonus, player INT/LUK vs. monster END/LUK.
  • Ice Missile: Efficient Spell.

Ice Wizard's Tome

  • Flavour Effect : All Ice spells deals +2.5% damage for each Ice spell in your active inventory.

Comes with 3 spells:

  • Stalagmice: Standard Ice Spell. Deals -50% damage and attempts inflict a Power: (1*[Hits]/[Attempts]) Bleed. Recover with +0 Save Bonus, player INT/LUK vs. monster END/LUK.
  • Bloodcurdling Gaze: Efficient Spell. Consumes up to 250% Melee worth of Bleed on the monster to increase damage dealt by up to +200%.
  • Bitter Frostward: Standard Ice Spell. Deals -90% damage and does the following:
    • Applies a 0.7143x Fire/Ice EleShield to the player for 4 turns.
    • Attempts to inflict a Power: 0.34 Bleed. Recover with +0 Save Bonus, player INT/LUK vs. monster END/LUK.

Prismheart Tome

  • Flutterfree: Standard spell. Deals -50% damage and attempts to inflict a Power: (2.5*[Hits]/[Attempts]) HP->HP Earth Drain Poison for 4 turns. This has +0 Save Bonus, player INT/LUK vs. monster END/LUK.
  • Chroma Shield: Quickcast. Costs 70% Melee in MP. Cost is based on the player's level (359 at 150). Applies a (0.75*[EarthRes])x Omni EleShield for 2 turns.

  • Faith of the Heart: Applies a CHA Boost for 3 turns (+92 at 150). Costs 50% Melee in MP (257 at 150).

Tome of Oulbara

  • Oulbara's Protection: Quickcast spell. Has a 2-turn cooldown between uses. Applies a 0.7321x Omni EleShield for 2 turns. Costs 82.5% Melee in MP (431 at 150).
  • Oulbara's Knowledge: Quickcast spell. Has a 3-turn cooldown between uses. Applies an INT Boost for 3 turns (+117 at 150). Costs 110% Melee in MP (575 at 150).
  • Oulbara's Light: Overcharged spell. Deals +25% damage. Cost 175% Melee in MP (915 at 150). 6 hits.

Paladin's Legacy

MC | Magic | Tome.

  • MC: Modified the damage of all Light Spell damage based on class:
    • Paladin: Light Spells deal 105% damage.
    • Necromancer: Light Spells deal 97.5% damage.
    • Any other class: Light Spells deal 102.5% damage.

Comes with 3 spells:

  • Holy Blaze: Standard spell. Deals -40% damage. Attempts to inflict a Power: 2.9 Light Burn for [Hits] turns. This has -20 Save Bonus, player INT/LUK vs. monster DEX/LUK. Light element monsters are immune.
  • Shining Strike: Standard spell.
  • Radiant Blast: Efficient spell.
