Introduction

Unlike other categories, this is more of a hopeful one. It is severely underrepresented with only a couple of elements with a Tome at all.

Fire

Book of Burns

The Kindred of Tomes. It allows you to generate stacks with one of its spells and you can spend those to cast an additional Tome spell on that turn. Comes with 4 spells total:

  • Big Blaze - Regular damage Fire spell.
  • Scorch - A spell that sacrifices some damage to burn the opponent.
  • Fire Shield - Essentially a Gandolphin clone, allowing you to soak some damage with your MP.
  • Stroke The Flames - Spend a turn on gaining +15 Fire Charges (Will be explained soon)
  • Multicast - You can spend 30 of the charges from Stroke The Flame to cast an additional spell from the Tome this turn. Considering the Mana Regeneration option is one of them, this Tome can essentially act as a Tome Kindred allowing you to charge it, and one-turning anything without negative Fire resists assuming you gather enough charges.

Inferno Scepter (RARE)

After the introduction of the Book of Burns, this Tome's only merit is the efficient spell, and the reason it is still included. Comes with 2 spells:

  • Inferno Pillars - A normal Fire spell.
  • Inferno Burst - An efficient Fire spell, dealing 75% damage, but costing 60% (392 MP) of a regular spell.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 395 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Tome of Cerberus

Comes with 3 spells:

  • Wicked Pulse - An attack that deals only 75% of a regular spell damage, but costs 60% of a regular spell (392 MP) as well as dealing *1.1 damage due to dealing randomly Fire / Darkness damage.
  • Demonic Ward - The reason this Tome is considered great. Offers an SP shield that drains your SP before MP. Can get to pretty absurd levels of efficiency making it very potent.
  • Inferno Wall - A normal spell. Deals *1.1 damage for dealing randomly Fire / Darkness damage.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 395 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Water

Healing Branch

Again, there's only one option available, comes with 3 spells:

  • Fountain of Life - Healing Spell that scales with INT.
  • Purifying Surge - An efficient Water spell, dealing 75% of a regular spell damage, but costs only 60% of a regular spell (392 MP).
  • Curative Waters - Removes Bleeds, Burns and Poisons (in that order) by using the spell "damage" to cure the effects. Info-Subs provide more info.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 395 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Angel: Being out in the wilderness as we are, injuries are very common. Lately I've been working on a way to provide healing to my patients at a more rapid pace. 
Angel: I believe that I can craft a staff which will work well as a channeling device for my nature magic, allowing me to heal patients with greater power and efficiency. 
Angel: But to make such a staff, I'll need ample healing reagents so that I can treat any number of ailments. And of course, a healing reagent wouldn't hurt. 
Angel: I need you to find the ingredients. Please be sure to gather enough for all of them!

Wind

Big Dictionary (RARE)

Not necessarily better than Winds of Change Tome, but for those who have it, it offers variety. Comes with 3 spells:

  • Tehauntepecer - A normal Wind spell.
  • Panoply - Grants +29 Defense for 5 turns.
  • Sough - An efficient Wind spell, dealing 75% damage, but costing 60% (392 MP) of a regular spell.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 395 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Winds of Change Tome

Only non-rare option at the moment, comes with 3 spells:

  • A normal Wind spell.
  • An efficient Wind spell, dealing 75% damage, but costing 60% (392 MP) of a regular spell.
  • A choke option, dealing 50% damage, but attempts to Choke the opponent (makes them deal less damage).

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 395 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Ice

There is currently no option for Ice.


Earth

Loremaster Tome

While not as good as a dedicated Tome, this is currently the only option available. Comes with 3 spells:

  • The Good - A normal Light spell.
  • The Bad - A normal Harm spell (therefore dealing -10% damage).
  • The Ugly - A normal Earth spell.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 395 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Energy

Lightning Rod

As with the trend, at the moment this is the only option available. Comes with 3 spells:

  • Chain Lightning - A normal Energy spell.
  • Shocking Burst - A paralysis option, dealing *2/3 damage, but attempts to Paralyze the opponent.
  • Ball Lightning - An efficient Energy spell, dealing 75% damage, but costing 60% (392 MP) of a regular spell.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 392 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Light

Paladin's Legacy

Comes with 3 spells:

  • Holy Blaze - A spell that deals -40% damage for a chance to Light Burn your opponent.
  • Shining Strike - A normal Light spell.
  • Radiant Blast - An efficient Light spell, dealing 75% damage, but costing 60% (392 MP) of a regular spell.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 392 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.

Undead Cleric's Arm

A different flavor of Tome, being more on the defensive side. Comes with 3 spells:

  • A healing spell that scales with INT.
  • An efficient Light spell, dealing 75% damage, but costing 60% (392 MP) of a regular spell.
  • A Fear option, dealing 50% damage, but attempts to Fear the opponent.

You can choose to Draw Mana instead, healing 392 mana with a chance of damaging the opponent slightly. If you don't have enough mana you draw mana automatically.
